Cookie Policy
Last updated: August 2026
1. What are cookies
Cookies are small text files a website stores on your device. PCND uses only first-party cookies — none are set by, or shared with, any third party.
2. Strictly necessary cookies
These keep the service working and are always set, without asking for consent, because they are essential to a service you have explicitly requested (signing in):
better-auth.session_token— keeps you signed in between page loads.pcnd_consent— remembers the choice you make below, so we don’t ask again.
3. Functional cookies (require your consent)
These remember your preferences so the site is more convenient on your next visit. They are only set once you accept cookies, and never before:
pcnd_tenant/pcnd_tenant_name— remembers the area (borough / PCN / provider) you were last browsing.pcnd_dashboard_last_tab_<id>— remembers the tab you last viewed on a given dashboard.
If you decline, the site still works fully — it just won’t remember these preferences between visits.
4. Analytics
We record anonymous, aggregate page-view counts to understand which parts of the service are used. This is logged server-side and does not use a cookie or any other storage on your device. We do not use any third-party analytics or advertising service (a previous third-party analytics tool was removed in August 2026).
5. Managing your choice
You can accept or decline functional cookies from the banner shown on your first visit. To change your mind later, use the button below — it withdraws your choice, clears any functional cookies already set, and shows the banner again.
