1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing Primary Care Network Dashboards (PCND), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Service description

PCND provides performance monitoring dashboards for NHS Primary Care Networks. The platform displays aggregated, non-patient-identifiable performance data sourced from contracted service datasets.

3. Access and accounts

Public dashboard pages are accessible without an account. Administrative features require an authorised account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

4. Acceptable use

You may use PCND for its intended purpose: monitoring and improving primary care network performance. You must not attempt to access data belonging to other organisations, reverse-engineer the platform, or use automated scraping tools.

5. Data accuracy

While we strive for accuracy, PCND data is provided “as is”. Performance figures are derived from source datasets and may be subject to reporting delays. PCND should not be used as the sole basis for clinical decisions.

6. Intellectual property

The PCND platform, its design, and proprietary features are owned by Alomco Ltd. NHS performance data displayed is Crown Copyright and used under applicable open data licences.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alomco Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

8. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via the platform.
