Primary Care Network Dashboards (PCND) is operated by Alomco Ltd. We provide performance monitoring dashboards for NHS Primary Care Networks and partner organisations.

2. What data we collect

We collect only the minimum data necessary to operate the service: email addresses for administrator accounts, usage analytics (page views, feature interactions), and feedback submitted via the in-app widget.

3. How we use your data

Data is used solely to provide and improve the PCND service. We do not sell personal data to third parties. Aggregated, anonymised performance data displayed on dashboards is sourced from NHS datasets and does not contain patient-identifiable information.

4. Data retention

Account data is retained for the duration of active service. Performance data is retained in accordance with NHS data retention schedules. You may request deletion of your account data at any time.
